1. These are Rick’s Babies: Long Creek Preserve contains over 500 acres, each naturally occurring site is hand picked by me. Only then, do I build roads, driveways and survey the lots. We never gouge lots into the mountain to fit some pre done computerized survey.
2. Best Value: Naturally occurring sites require much less maintenance, and have far fewer erosion problems down the road. Using only natural sites also reduces the population densities. So you are not crammed in next to your neighbor. In fact, from most of our sites, you can’t even see your neighbor’s house.
3. More Included: All sites are ready to build, driveways are in, and underground power is near by. The sites have all been under-brushed so you can see what you are buying. We have an approved/permitted erosion control plan in place.
4. Not Overcrowded: I’ve already mentioned our low density, where from most sites you don’t see your neighbor. We also do not allow subdividing, so you will never have a crowding problem.
5. Family Run: My wife Sandy and I are not professional realtors. This is our dream not our job. We are not selling someone else’s land for a commission. You deal directly with us.
6. Guaranteed Prices: There are no hidden costs. Should you choose to finance thru us, there are no points. We don’t inflate our prices, to lower them, and try to trick you, into thinking you got a deal. $1000 deposit is all we ask to hold the lot. I’ll even refund that, if you change your mind in the first 30 days.
7. Peace of Mind: We offer turnkey construction services to assist you in building your dream. You are free to bring in your own contractor, or even build it yourself. Plus We Live Here, you can always come and knock on our door, we are always happy to see you.
8. No Grumps Allowed: We’ve sold out the first three phases. (29 lots) We have been blessed with a great group of people who have chosen to make Long Creek Preserve their full time or vacation/retirement home. We have a family friendly atmosphere. You can even talk to current owners if you like.
